New Years Day 2008

So today was, and still is for one more hour, the first day of the new year

Let's take a look back over the past year for a little review shall we!

First off it was a year of tremendous natural and man made disasters. Everything from forest fires, wild fires, house fires, care fires, it seemed like this was a year of lots of fire. Everything always seemed to be on fire.

Natural disasters seemed to just be on what I guess you could call a natural rise. AND NO I DON'T THINK IT HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH GLOBAL WARMING!

We also had a lot of bad role models. Celebrities, movie and athletic stars, politicians, were ending up in a jail by the boat load. Very disappointing.

There was some good things that happened in 07, I just can't seem to think about them, and what seems to be on the forefront of every ones mind this coming year is the upcoming presidential elections. It doesn't look good for the Republicans and from what I see I think Hillary may be our next President...we are definitely going to hell in a hand basket now.

Happy New Year everyone. Pray that it will be a better year then the one before.
